These readings of Advent bring hope. They announce the one who will bring justice for the oppressed and chastise the wicked. In this same spirit, a message speaks today of the coming of the King.

“Whatever was written previously was written for our instruction; that by the endurance and the encouragement of the scriptures, we might have hope.” By the endurance and the encouragement of scriptures, we might have hope. So, this time of Advent is sharing this wait, this long difficult wait for the coming of our Lord, for the coming of the King. And this long, hard wait needs endurance, a lot of endurance, and for that endurance, we need the encouragement that comes from the Divine Word to give us hope. And so, this time of Advent is this time of hope, but which calls again for endurance. And the messages that the Lord has given us about the reconquest – (And incidentally, I should say, a lot of people have been saying, well, when are we going to publish a new message? And that’s a good question. We’d like to, but that doesn’t depend on us, doesn’t depend on Sister, it depends on the Lord, and so we don’t know when that will be,) but that can also be an opportunity to go back and look at the other messages, because there’s so much richness that there’s a lot of profit, and going back over the messages that He’s given. But the messages that the Lord has given of the reconquest are very much in the spirit of Advent, the spirit which already in the Old Testament, the Lord was forming His people in this waiting for the Messiah. And now in the New Testament, we know the Messiah has come, but we’re still waiting for His coming and triumph. And so, we’re still in this difficult waiting, where we need endurance. We need encouragement, divine encouragement. We need hope. And so, the messages that to me, it seemed like that these messages that the Lord is giving are very much in the spirit of preparing for the – as John the Baptist says, “prepare the way of the Lord.” And those words of John the Baptist are what the message is about to prepare the way for the Lord and to give us that endurance and encouragement. So, this spirit of Advent that the Church is calling us to live right now, the Holy Spirit is calling us to live, is very much what the spirit of the messages that He’s giving. And so, let’s just look at the readings today, because they’re announcing the powerful savior who is coming to bring justice to the oppressed and to smite the oppressors and to establish peace. And so just, I just want to read from these different readings, because the word of God is very strong. And in the first, in the gospel, we have St John, the Baptist, who is speaking so boldly to the religious leaders about judgment and warning them. He says, very clearly, he says, “You brood of vipers”; is that a very respectful way to be speaking to those who consider themselves the holy ones of Israel? He calls them you brood of vipers – “Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath. Even now, the ax lies at the root of the trees. Therefore, every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. The one who is coming after me will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fan -” So we’re not very familiar perhaps with a winnowing fan, but a winnowing fan was what was used to separate the wheat from the chaff. He says, – “His winnowing fan is in his hand. He will clear His threshing floor and gather the wheat into His barn, but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire.” So very strong, severe words of John the Baptist. And we heard from Isaiah in the first reading, he’s speaking about the just judge, not by in our world in which there’s so much injustice, he says, “not by appearance shall He judge, nor by hearsay, shall He decide. But He shall judge the poor with justice and decide aright for the lands afflicted. He shall strike the ruthless with the rod of His mouth and with the breath of His lips. He shall slay the wicked.” So, he’s so powerful that it’s enough for Him to say, to destroy, to slay the wicked, and what will be the result of His coming? Isaiah says, “the wolf shall be a guest of the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid, the calf and the young lion shall browse together with a little child to guide them. The cow and the bear shall be neighbors. Together their young shall rest. The lion shall eat hay like the ox. The baby shall play by the cobra’s den, and the child lay his hand on the adder’s lair. There shall be no harm or ruin on all my holy mountain.” And then where is this going to take place? Isaiah says, “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as water covers the sea.” Notice it says for the earth. It doesn’t say heaven. It says the earth. It seems to be speaking about something which will take place on earth. And the psalm today is also speaking about the great king who will bring justice to crush the evil. He says, “he shall rescue the poor when he cries out, the afflicted, when he has no one to help him. He shall have pity on the lowly and the poor, the lives of the poor, He shall save.” so this is the great Redeemer. And so, I wanted to share today a message that Sister received in January, in 2022, January 16, which is speaking about the coming of Jesus, the great king, and the justice and mercy of His reconquest. And as I say, these messages are like an update of what the messages of encouragement and hope that we have in Scripture. And this message was originally given for the community and our staff, but as I’ve said for other messages, I think that all those who are responding to the reconquest now share in this, in this great preparation. And you’ll see later, at a part of this message, he’ll be talking about the receiving His words, receiving His words, like we’re going to do just now, and the different ways we receive each word, each person, and how these words can have an effect in us just by receiving them, even if we don’t understand them, and they’ll also be talking about the experience of a seed. And so, as I’ve said, if you want to – feel free to close your eyes as you listen to this message. “Write Flora, that the king arrives in droves, in one hand holding the cup of divine justice that will be poured out over all rebellious creatures, and in the other hand holding the sword of the revindication of the children of God. Day of wrath and fright, day of joy and rejoicing. Do not despair, my little flock, my little handful, my chosen seeds. Seeds submerged in the darkness of the hostile earth, without seeing anything but the dryness, the darkness, the sterility. The divine dew is about to descend.” And here, Sister added a note saying that she understood that this was a reference to the illumination of consciences. “The divine dew is about to descend, and it will revive you, making you green again and fruitful. It will leave you strong and healthy for the hour in which My truth shall be proclaimed to the four winds and all shall see us. Hold on a little longer with Me. Children, you have been created for this hour, for these times, and to carry with Me the very heavy cross of the lack of faith of the multitudes. It is because of this that you cannot find rest or relief until all that has been announced is fulfilled. Your faith, Mylittle children, is my joy, and it enlightens the darkness of so many. Your continuing to walk despite everything, moves your God to the depths, and I pour out more and more grace and mercy. It is now torrents that you allow Me to pour out. My little handful, chosen from always, you live in My heart. Do not be afraid; the life on earth passes and with it all its anguish and sorrows. It is the bitter drink that must be drunk. It is the offering that must be offered. And while it is lived, one only sees the pain the not knowing, the darkness while the heart longs for freedom more and more. I understand everything, children, everything. Do not despair My little ones, do not despair. For some, My words turn into more darkness. For others, confusion. For others, they are encouragement. For others, peace. But in each one My words descend, nourish, strengthen, and in each one My word produces its fruit, always, even if this word seems to you like death because you have believed Me, My word is life in you. And it is not necessary that you understand them or that you feel them, or that they make you feel good. What is important My little ones is that you receive them despite the pain, the incomprehension, the darkness. Children, do you know what this is for Me, for the heart of your Father, your Abba, for your Jesus, who has given everything for you and for whom you now give everything, for The Holy Spirit, who finds worthy dwellings for His light, for your heavenly mother, who finds her Jesus in each of you. You are our joy children, our joy. You cannot imagine the love that surrounds you, that sustains you, that raises you to our heart. Look at the world torn to pieces. You see why such an offering, such a sacrifice, is needed. Offerings that are united across the centuries, across regions and continents, and that come together in the heart of your Jesus, the perfect offering of love and redemption, the eternal and perfect High Priest who offers, on the patent of His heart, the offering of all the children of God, united to His most precious blood, to cover and make amends for the terrible wound of original sin and the sins of all the centuries that have widened more and more, the main wound. Everything will be covered, healed, restored, everything. We will do this together, children. But how much this offering cost? Thank you, Mylittle ones, for continuing on, for offering, for believing. I will not let you fall. You are in My arms. You are in My heart. Your Abba loves you immeasurably and thanks you for your offering and for your love. My blessing descends over each of you. Amen.
